Beijing: Rafael Nadal sweeps Kyrgios and wins the tournament

Rafael Nadal swept Nick Kyrgios (6-2, 6-1) in the final of the Beijing ATP tournament.

Rafael Nadal won the 75th title of his career on Sunday in Beijing. He beat Nick Kyrgios in the final, world number 19, in 1h33 (6-2, 6-1). The Spaniard left no chance for his opponent and dominated the game. However, the audience attended a beautiful first quarter-hour of play, where the two men would go the ball in turn. In the first set, Nadal made the break at 4-0. Thereafter, the Australian struggled with the blows of the last winner of Roland-Garros. Nadal was keen to take his revenge against his opponent who had beaten him in the quarter-finals a few weeks ago at the Cincinnati tournament.
Nadal untouchable
This year nothing stops the Spanish champion. Nadal wins his 75th title in Beijing, the world number one, winner of Roland Garros in June and of the US Open in September. He is now at 9875 points in the ATP ranking and is already assured of participating in the Masters next month.
